What we collect when you order, why, and who else sees it.

Who we are

Fruit Salad is a small handmade shop. Fruit Salad decides how your details are used and looks after them. For anything about your data, DM @fruitsaladjewelry on Instagram.

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number, email and delivery address, when you check out.
• What you ordered, what you paid, and when.
• We never see your GCash, Maya or bank login or balance: you pay through PayMongo, which only tells us that the payment went through.

Why

• To make your pairs, ship them via LBC, and contact you about your order (for example, your tracking number).
• To keep a record of sales and handle any problem with an order.
• If you sign up for drop announcements (the box at the bottom of every page, or the tick box at checkout), we email you when a new drop opens. Every one has an unsubscribe link. We never sell your details.

Who else sees it

• PayMongo processes your payment (your name, email and mobile are sent with it).
• LBC gets your name, mobile and address to deliver your parcel.
• The services that run this shop store it for us: Supabase (our order database), Cloudflare (the website) and Resend (order emails, and drop announcements if you signed up for them).

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it for your order, any return or problem, and our sales records. After that we delete it.

On your phone

Your cart and checkout details are saved in your own browser so you don't have to type them again. Tap “Not you? Clear details” at checkout to remove them. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we have about you, correct them, or have them deleted (unless we still need them for an order that isn't finished). If you think we've mishandled your data, you can also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
